Director of Membership and Radical Collaboration

The Director of Membership and Radical Collaboration will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment, engagement, growth, and activation of BLIS Collective’s strategic membership base. This leader will facilitate collaboration and deep solidarity across the Collective, organizing collaborative initiatives that support members and strengthen their involvement in BLIS’ external campaigns and coalitions. Alongside staff and members, the Director will also oversee the stewardship of the Radical Collaboration Fund, ensuring it aligns with the Collective’s vision.
